I don’t know what Munenori Kawasaki is talking about, but it’s great

Cubs minor league infielder Munenori Kawasaki is a goofy, little Japanese guy who can’t really speak English so that makes for incredible interviews like the one he had with the Iowa Cubs:

The highlight of the interview is undoubtedly when he’s asked about his goals for the season and he responds by saying that “he’s afraid of ghosts.” Those goggles too are something else. He probably looks like Captain Falcon wearing those when he comes up to bat.

Kawasaki is a career .234 hitter with one home run in 612 at-bats, but deserves his own section in Cooperstown. Here’s some more Kawasaki action from his time with the Blue Jays:
